Voters said “yes” to this local tax referendum, which is expected to cost a typical household about $5 a month in county sales taxes, but raise a total of $30 million a year in revenue for improvements to county infrastructure.

Transportation infrastructure improvements, including upgrades to the current standards for travel lanes, sidewalks, bike lanes and lighting; the replacement and expansion of aging public safety and law enforcement facilities and equipment; and upgrades to county parks and community amenities are now being scheduled.
